I'm non-follower of the 'PR3-2, or PR3-???' markings on a B16A head.
Any b-series head with a 'PR3' marking/stamp/characterstic of any kind IS a B16A head. A type-R head is a B16A head, ported, it has the same PR3-xx markings as well.
Now, the way to tell a newer B16A head from an older on is buy looking here:
even though the '30' marking is on the 92+ heads, they still have the same 'pr3-xx' markings as well.
older B16A heads do not have this '30' marking at all near the VTEC solenoid area.

On the front left side of the head you will see circles with numbers inside them. The first one (from the left) will tell you the year of the head. Since you already know that it is a b16a head, once you know what year it is from, it will be easy to decipher what car it would have come from.
