Trunk Leaks
Well this morning when I opened up my trunk to grab my stuff for school, about half the mat was soaked along with my bookbag. What should I check on to see how/where it's leakin, and what can I do to fix it?

Re: Trunk Leaks (Stellar1)
check to make sure the rubber molding hasnt deteriorated first. if its in tact then make sure nothing was accidentally stuck in the trunk when you closed it, like a shirt sleeve or something, b/c the rubber needs to seal with the metal of the chasis. there is also some kid of a vent on the drivers side rear quater panel beneith the rear bumper, make sure the rubber flap is still attached to that thing too.
what side of the mat is wet? if its the driverside then the vent is probibly at fault.

Re: Trunk Leaks (Frosty_SPL)
My trunk had a leak when I bought my car new, so it was a manufactuer defect. The dealer had to remove the rear windshield and fix stuff from there. Don't really remember what the problem was though. Good luck!
