tried cleaning my iacv but its still does that thing
ive read all that crap that says plug the hole in the intake with your finger, if it levels out, you need to clean your iacv. i took it off, filled all the holes completely with carb and choke cleaner and let it set for like 45min. emptyed it and let it dry out. put it back on and it still does it
is there a better way to clean it or tell when its clean enough?
i appr all the help and so will my neighbors since i let my car warm in the morning and it just revs back and forth and its really annoying
also, it stops after like 15min of driving, like at complety warm

that's the Fast Idle thermo valve, not the IACV you speak off.

Please check to see if you got the plugs mixed up! After the 15min of warm up, does it pop, then the idle drops? The iacv, iat , and evap purge selinoid plugs can easily be mixed up.
