Transmission question
What's up people i'm a newbie to the forum.
I'm Tony from Memphis,TN.
I got a question will a 00 Civic EX Transmission fit a D16Z6 in my 94 Civic? It's an auto i know, i know! I got another 95 Civic that's a 5 spd!

It will physically bolt up to the block, but due to differences in how the transmissions operate you can't actually use it. '96 - '00 uses more solenoids than '92 - '95. Just get an M24A transmission from any '92 - '95 automatic civic, the EX automatic isn't special like the 5 speed, they're all the same, same gearing, same final drive across the board.

Read the OPs original post, he wants to use a 2000 automatic transmission in a '94, the 2 are not compatible with one another.
