I have recently had my Transmission rebuilt at HONDA$$$, and now i can hear a little fluttering noise that is coming from my transmission.

As soon as i apply a little pressure to the clutch pedal the little noise goes away.

So far i replace the clutch master cylinder, and everything in the transmission has been replaced.

I was wondering if the throw out bearing had anything to do with it.

Could be possible that it's the throwout bearing. Maybe you should ask Honda where you had the tranny rebuilt about it. Maybe they would do something for you, maybe not.

How much did the tranny rebuild cost you? And what Del Sol tranny? (Si, S)?

Since he just had the entire tranny rebuilt by Honda this would suck as bad as crabs from a $2 *****.

yep but its possible.

and since it was rebuilt recently he should go back and bitch **** and moan on the showroom floow till they fix it.

it's a 93 Z6 si with 150k miles and i payed ... to much for it, im starting to regret it. everything is in proper running condition its just that noise!!! its driving me crazy!!! like i said ive replaced the clutch master cylinder but not the slave...and they claim to have replaced every single bearing in the tranny, brand new clutch, the works. oh ya, when i first got the car back i popped the hood and noticed that they broke my hood prop clip and ripped the head off of one of the trany bolts and just left it ... i guess they thought i wouldent notice ... i took the car back to get that fixed and at the time there was no noise, and by the time the "noise" began the warrenty was up (Honda of Moreno Valley)

Same here i got a scratchy noise coming from the tranny.When i press in the clutch pedal the sound seems to go away but theres still a fluttery sound. i had the clutch & flywheel, and bearings replaced and still its there. I flushed the Tranny fluid thinking peices of metal was in there floating around but nothing. Im guessing the tranny is just dying. bump for the scratchy tranny owners needing for a solution

i had the same problem with a grinding tranny, i got a use dtranny 40k miles and it does the same thing...i was thinkiung flywheel? flame if im wrong

So the warranty they gave you for their work on the tranny is expired huh? How many miles has it been since it's been rebuilt? If it's close, I'd still take it back and complain. Never know until you try, and a tranny shouldn't have problems this soon. (You sound like it's just been recently it's been replaced)

Yea it can be you throw bout bearing but its can be your input shaft bearing also becuase my transmission is doin the same thing right now

Are you a clutch rider? In case you don't know, do you step on the clutch while sitting on the stoplight waiting for the green. This will constantly put load on the throwout bearing, master cylinder, and slave cylinder causing premature wear. Just be patient and wait for the light or just watch traffic, you'll know anyways when it's your turn.
From experience: 1.Friends Accord's master cylinder completely failed at 30,000 miles, when asked about clutch riding, replied that you have to step on the clutch all the time even when stopped in neutral. 2. Throw out bearing squeeks on Civic SI with 50,000 miles, admitted that they were a clutch rider. Both drivers were females, I wasn't surprise.

This was happening on my old d16y7 tranny then that blew and I got a ex tranny with low miles. At first the noise was not there at all then after about a month the nooise slowly came back now it is pretty notticable when my foot is off the clutch. I am not a clutch rider either.
