Default transmisison swap

i got an honda civic 95 si coupe auto..
i wanna do an tranny swap
i got an fly wheel and manual tranny from a d16z6
any one knows the step to a trannyswap
or a page that would help me out?

YO!! i got the same set up as you
kyb agx and the H&r springs..
lol
what do you set your shocks to
i dont really get hte damper setting crap..
could you help me out and explain what 1 2 3 4 does

i like mine stiff, i had em at 4 and 8, right now there at 3 and 5, 4 is stiff and 1 is the softest, in the back 8 is the stiffest, just do some trial and error and c what you like, try em real soft, then real stiff, if you don't like either, try somewhere in between, i usually like to have the back a bit stiffer
