Do you have a Prelude, or Accord motor? If not, good luck getting a Prelude tranny to bolt up....

Depends upon if you have all the tools, parts, and info on what goes where and adjustment specifications(Get a manual).
Maybe a day or two.

Why do you want bolt-up a Prelude Si transmission? What makes you think the transmission will bolt up? What performance gains is there of bolting a Prelude Si transmission to a D-Series block. Do you know if the transmission will bolt up to the D-Series block?

Get a 1992-1995 Honda Civic EX or 1992-1995 Honda Civic Si transmission. Or, get a 1996-2000 Honda Civic EX transmission (stronger shift forks) and call it a day.
