Default tranny problems

okay i blew the diff. on my old tranny and got a used one from some guy on a local forum. now my old tranny made very little noise while in neutral before it blew. i got an brand new throw out bearing, the new tranny on, filled her with oil, fired her up and good god did she sound horrible. so basically everytime i push down on the clutch the sound goes away and when i let off it sounds like hell has broken loose. and when im going there is this like grinding sound when im at low speeds. any help guys. i need to go back to work. lol..

Did you thoroughly clean out the trans from the debris? It does sound like a bad bearing or something is mis-aligned.
