traction problems
i have this problem wtih traction because my torque is high. (over bored pistons and high compression) and when i race i like to slam on the gas and i lose traction for like 3 seconds and sometimes i do an rolling traction where smoke will come to the tires a little. someone told to barly step on the gas and then slam it so you get off the line first. now wouldn't i lose off the line because i am not flooring it. i havn't found a guy to race to try this method. how would you solve the traction problem. i have an automatic so i don't know what answers i will get because most of you drive sticks

Re: traction problems (VolpeOwnsU)
I used to drive an auto and the only way I would race would be from a roll simply b/c honda autos suck from a stop. If you have traction problems with an auto in a honda then something is wrong.
but to help try some suspension work, stickier tires, also to launch try and stall it up using the brake. Just go to a deserted road and try a few different methods and see what pulls best.
