torque specs

Icon6 torque specs

i just bought an engine for my civic d15b7 with a z6 head on it and im curious if anyone knows what the torque specs are for the rocker arms in head i like to retorque them b4 i proceed to put the motor in and also any other advice from changing the d15b7 to obd2 from obd1 would be appreciated i dont wanna do the change over but unfortunately emissions in my area requires me 2 any info would be great and pls dont abbreviate im new to honda thank you

here is all of them, but rocker are bolts at 16ft lbs, i usually just torque mine to 20 though
