too many miles for boost?
122,000 miles on my 95 civ ex should i boost it or get a new motor? I kinda wanna boost the d16z6 in my car tho cause i dont know of anyone around me that has done it.

I wouldn't do it b/c I have a buddy who boosted a z6 with 130+ on the odometer and he got about 15-20 miles down the road and then threw a rod through the block....I wouldn't do it with that many miles...
BTW he did have a boost controller and it was the GReddy kit....

w3rd...i'm about to boost my 130,xxx motor. just keep the boost levels low until you get some good fuel management and eventually rebuild (if you want)

i don't think milage is the only thing you should take into account, if a lot of that 122k has been done on the motorway at low rpm and it been properly serviced it will have similar wear to a much lower milage car which has been hammered and perhaps not serviced as well....
