eff that ish

i am running a 16x7 rota grid with a 40mm offset. i was wondering if anyone has this setup and if it clears the brakes or what not. also i wanted to know what kind of tires you all have and what you would recommend. i hav a small budget for tires and i want a cheap decent performing tire.
