Default timing belt is loose

hey guys i have a b16 and my timing belt is loose on both sides. my question is where is the tensioner located and how tight should i make the belt?????

its under your driver side engine mount, there should be a rubber cover over it, pull it off, use a 14mm socket, it says to loosen it half a turn but i find if i do that and then go 3 teeth past tdc that its too loose, loosen 1/4 turn go through 1 rotation by turning the bolt inside the crank pulley and just past tdc is should feel nice and tight, then tighten the 14mm to 40 ft/lbs




DONT FORGET ONLY TURN COUNTER CLOCKWISE!!!!
