Default Timing belt change: Different part numbers?

I am ordering parts from HondaAutomotiveparts.com, looking at the parts for timing belt. I get to the tensioner and the belt and there are 2 different part numbers for each. i have a '99 4dr EX civic. Here is the link to where I am looking:
