Maybe check your axles, I've had broken axles make noises like that before but they don't look broken because the break is inside the covered universal joint. just my 2cents!! Hope it might help.

Have u checked out ur axles? Look at the cv boots. Lift ur front tires off the ground and grab the wheel, or take the wheel off and grab the rotor and wiggle it. If it wiggles without the steeringwheel moving then u have bad wheel bearings.

I bought axles from Kragen for like 120 or something. You can get the remanufactured ones a little cheaper but I bought the new ones they are like 20 bucks more. I've never had to replace a wheel bearing but I've been told it's like 40-50 bucks a bearing!! Ouch if you ask me!! LOL hope this helps!!

My money's on wheelbearings. I think I paid $90 or so to have old ones pressed out and new ones put in when I had my Lude. I think the parts were about $60 a pop. Not quite sure anymore.
