Throwing a code 13....help

Its a 98 civic ex coupe w a stock d16y8, its throwing a code 13. Cel 13 is a BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor which is located in the ecu. I replaced the ecu, but the code came back with in a day. I then replaced the map sensor, cel was off a few weeks but came back on. I tested the cel again and its still throwing code 13. I'm stumped, help me out guys, what else can i check for? thx
