Throttle body help
I have a d15b7 with some minor mods (full exhaust cai intake manifold etc) how big of a tb should i go with? i bought a 66mm but i was reading this could cause problems. any help?

You should stick with the stock one. A 66mm throttle body is EXTREME overkill for your setup. Bigger throttle bodies are not part of the basic bolt-ons (intake, exhaust, header). They are for much higher horsepower setups. You're basically trying to open up the engine to allow more air in. The problem with that is, there aren't any internal modifications to pull in more air or push more air out.

but the aftermarket im wont cause any problems then? what kind of prob will i run into? eventually im doing a vitara build and a mini me swap along with a turbo. would you recommend holding on to tb til then?

Well, the aftermarket intake manifold is going to change your powerband, causing you to lose some low end torque but gain high rpm power. Really not all that great for a stock engine with only 102hp, since you really need as much low end torque as possible. Personally if I were you, I'd save both the intake manifold and throttle body for when you're turbo'd.
