I know it's kinda dumb but hey what happens if i swap my tb to a larger one ?

You can potentially have more air flow into the the motor assuming you have the mods to accomodate it. Less of a restriction.

if you go to big you can loose horsepower because ull be losing the velocity. it really all depends on your setup.

My B18c5 has 60mm . I wanna increase to 62mm. Will this be bad ?

You do need to make sure you port match the intake manifold as well.
