Thermal Stealth

Buying a 00 Si w/ quite a few mods already including JRSC. It has a Thermal Stealth exhaust, but when I looked on the ThermalRD website it says that the Stealth is more for lightly modified engines. Would I see bigger gains with a different exhaust?
