is there a way to make custom amber corners... del sol help!
as we all know... custom headlights just arent made for del sols! there are the one piece JDM headlights but im going turbo soon and i dont have the money for that so i wanted to make some ghetto *** amber corners... is there like a paint or something i can put on some clear corners to make them amber... like an amber lens paint or something... has anyone done this before... i cant be the only low budget *** tuner out there lol

search in recent, and archived for "DIY amber" im sure something will come up. also.. ive done this. i went to a hobby shop, and got a can of orange stained glass paint, and it worked like magic. do a search.. its out there.. i promice.

as you can probably tell my amber faded and it looks yellowish. i used the orange krylon stained glass window paint. i've heard using some type of UV protectant wax will help keep the color from fading.

Yeah I did the krylon stained glass spray to both of my cars. It does seem to fade over time. I cleared the ones I did about a month or so ago and they're already fading. MAybe I should try touching them up and waxing them (funny I work at a detail shop and didn't think of that).

the best spray out there is called *black gold* the color is callled candy tangerine. its does not fade or anything. there $10.99 at a local hobby store called pegasus
