In the trash can underneath the APC Euros. j/k Why do you want amber corners? Anyway, I think paint is the easiest way. I woulnd't do it personally, but I've seen some that come out really nice. Remember, transparent (sp?) paint. Not solid.
Anyways, the best of luck but just out of curiousity, why don't you just save up for 1-piece headlights? I'd rather roll stock than amber corners.

use a stain glass paint or a go to a hobby shcak and get a clear orange paint, use light misting coats until you get your desiered shade of amber and clear coat them.

i made these a while back. wish i had a better pic of them i think they look sweet. i just used krylon stained glass paint and dusted 3 coats and it was plenty.

i cleaned my corners w/simple green, all you need is one can of krylon stained glass paint. I did four coats on my corners.
