are there any linear rate springs that drop 2"
im looking for about a 2" drop, but i do not want progressive springs. do any companys make them? also, what does everyone think of the skunk2 race springs? do they still sell the ones where you can choose from different rates? what rates would you suggest for a 95 hatch, dialy driver, but still wanting very good handling? thanks.

Get either Skunk2 or Ground Control (I prefer Ground Control) Coilovers. They can both be ordered w/ custom spring rates (GC uses Eibach) and the ride height is adjustable from 0-3". That way when you realize that 2" of drop is too low to get proper suspension travel, or too high to be blingin' at the show, you can re-adjust the height.

Yeah GC's are your best bet, pretty much every lowering spring these days are progressive rate.... curious as to why you don't want progressive rate springs?

They are not, they are very much progressive, one end of the spring has the coils very close together and the other end has them very far apart.
The yellow ones are Race springs, you can see that they are progressive rate (both sets in the pic are progressive, actually).
