test post/trying to post a shot
just painted my HX wheels.....wanted to see if I could figure out how to post a pic. the quality is kinda crappy, but it gives you an idea of what they came out like.

They came out looking old school to me, I guess cause they are 14". yours are all flat black and thats what my last set of wheels(GSR's) were so I wanted something different.....but I love them. The quality of the pic doesn't do the wheels justice. they look really good in person.The paint I got said flat black, but it has a small amount of clear or something cause they are glossier than my old wheels....I'll see if I can get a better pic.

the factory clear lip is a perfect match IMO.

Holy ding-dong, I think I saw that EXACT car at the Maaco on Tara Blvd. in Jonesboro, GA.

Just remove the ".orig.jpg" at the end, then it should always work.

I didn't know ford had wheels colored like these. unless your talking about those torque 2 style ones. I think its cool, cause you don't see it everyday. I saw a guy did it with 5 spoke del sol wheels but it didnt look as good only because they dont have as big of a lip.

yeah I remember, whats up Tom is it? I dont visit siatlanta.com much anymore....went to a meeting one time with my bro, and everyone was kinda in their own cliques so I didn't feel it was worth the time. I still want to make it down to your shop sometime....all my free time is on the weekends and you guys are closed then(guess thats when your free time is too, eh). maybe I'll get down there soon. I'd like to see your new ride. you probably know my brothers car, it used to be a guy named mike friends w/ shane I think; a red eg hatch on black gsr's. we have done a few things to it since he bought it- a few cf pieces, changed wheels...

Yes, Si ATL's site is too conservative - they'll let their guys talk about anything, but if I argue with someone my stuff gets altered/deleted even when I'm being totally civil.
THIS site rocks though, and the TECH here ruins Si ATL's day. I JUST got the car back today - I'll be posting pics up here soon in the EG+Civic forum.

I think it's great that smaller wheels are coming back. In all reality, 14's make a helluva lot more sense than 18's in every way (even looks-wise, for an EG, I think 15's look perfect)
