Sounds like a bad headgasket from the information given.

Never let the engine temp go past 1/2. Otherwise, irreversible engine damage may be done. Also use 50:50 coolant in the cooling system.

Did you bleed the cooling system? Is the engine leaking water?

Compression check the motor after looking for leaks, and re-bleeding.

The fact you let the motor overheat may have already destroyed your head gasket and possibly warped your head. The issues will remain until those are now fixed, too.

You're always putting water in, so it's leaking? Find the leak. It's probably a big leak.

Probably head gasket, but the only way to be sure is to pull the head. Depending on the motor, it may be cheaper to just replace it.
you're looking at head bolts, gasket, machining the head. That's easily a couple hundred. a Z6 can be about that and have less down time.

thanks guys for the replys, but my gf's dad checkd out my radiator and the motor on the radiator doesn't work so that why its been heating up cuz the motor wouldnt turn on when it goes over half way but my motor is fine( it hasn't been a lot time since its happening), so im gunna get the radiator motor and im pretty sure thats the reason why its keeps on passing the middle mark
