tdc points ?
ok i have questions about where are the markings on the crank to set tdc ( any one have any pics to help make more clear ) and also a question bout how to use the tensioner, is the only way to remove the timing cover or can i use the hole in the cover and just simply loosen it there, then if i have the tdc for the cam bout 3-4 teeth off while the pistons well it not start, thanks you for your help it is much needed

TDC on the crank is on the little liner of the crank pully. If you sping it (counter clockwise) you will see 3 dots then 1 white one. That white one has to be lined up to a piece of the cover thats sticking out. Sorry its hard to explain and its 1am damn near and i dont have a pic.
Your other question about the tensioner and the cover i didnt understand.

ok this is gonna be all out of order.
the white line/mark on the crank should line up with the pointer on the bottom part of the outer timing belt cover.
3-4 teeth is probably getting close to 20 degrees off timing, which is enough to make your car run like *******, and perhaps not start.
you can loosen the tensioner bolt via the hole, but i think u need the timingn belt upper cover off so u can either push down or pull up on the tensioner's spring loaded arm, which will actually adjust the tension. then go tighent the tensioner pully bolt after adjust it. do not take out the tensioner pully bolt- trust me
