tail light removal

how do i remove the tail lights off a 96-00 civic hatch?

take off that little plastic panel that allows you to get the bulbs and you will see like 4-5 little 10mm bolts that you have to take out

I didn't even think to look there for some dumb reason. All this time I've needed to get them off and I didn't even think to look there.
