Tail light circuit board missing

Tail light circuit board missing
The little grey box for the inner tail lights (one with the reverse light, usually called the circuit board) is missing in my car. I have used tape for a temp fix.
I'm assuming yes, but its actually possible to remove the tail light harness from the circuit board? I'm planning to get new ones so that the brake lightbulb doesn't melt through anything, but I've looked at pictures of them online and it seems rather difficult to get the tail light harness out of them.
It's a 95 Civic Coupe.
