Default Help/ Question

Hey h-t I have a question to all the EK owners or anyone that knows,

i was wondering i don't really know what its called but my friend told me there was a chip thing under the hood that u can take out and u wont be able to start the car in anyway with out it or putting it back.. so its kinda like another theft thing so know one would be able to start it if there where stealing your car.

he showed me it on his teg and my friend has it in his eg and my other friend has it in his lude so i was trying to look for it in my car and i have no idea where it is i don't see it..

i have a ej6 hatch i was wondering if u know what im talking about or know where it is at?

TIA!

That almost looks like one of those aftermarket things that you buy, works like a second key.

I don't know anything about that being in a stock loom though.

Does that male connector have any wires leading from it? It's very interesting...I've not seen one in my EJ or EG.
