Swapping speedo from clusters (CDM - JDM)
well, I have a CDM cluster with 135000KM on it, and a JDM with a cluster.
I basically want to swap the speedo from the CDM cluster because of the mileage and because it goes to 220 instead of 180.
if I take out the speedo form the CDM cluster and put it in the JDM one, will it work ? because the wire map from the back doesn't look the same.

all you need to do is make sure it fits in there and the 3 sckrews make contact w/ the board.. i dont know if your speedo is gonna be off now cause it a different setup unless the speedo part can tell that what kind of signal its getting from the sensor but if you look at it, 80 is straight up almost on one and then 90 is almost straight up

not sure if the CDM and JDM is gonna be a problem, but
i also have a CDM CX cluster, and i swapped the speedo part into a USDM EX cluster and it worked fine.
give it a try it should work !

Re: Swapping speedo from clusters (ABK)
I know the whole cluster will work in my car. but I want to know if the speedo are interchangeable with the cluster, so that you can keep your mileage.

this is for anybody that searches in the future,
it does work, so it seems that they all interchangeable
