Swaping d15b sohc vtec into a 1992 vx civic vtec-e
hello need some help can i swap a d15b sohc vtec into a vx civic (vtec-e) and keep the trans and the ecu and all other stuff in the vx.

the trans will not be as responsive as an si/ex but you can use it, the ecu will have to go, you can run p08 or p28 and throw some codes, axles, mounts, etc will all work

true, the trans would not be nearly as responsive as the si/ex but can be used. i have a vx also and i have to downshift to 3rd from 5th to even accelerate past rigs on the freeway.
