swap problem please help

Default swap problem please help

ok i swaped a ls in my civic hooked everything, up got it running, put the axels in. went to move it and it wouldnt go in to any gear without extreme force. when the car isnt running there is not problem. i was told it was my slave cylinder so i relplaced it still the same problem. so im seeing if this has happened to anyone or just an answer to fix it. thanks

so im guesin its a hydraulic unit, check for leaks ne where. make sure its connected good. did u put fluid in it? does the pedal feel really soft, no resistance against it, if so thats probably the problem.

theres no leaks i bled it it had tons of pressure then i started it moved it a foot and then it was soft really soft so i dont know i was told told there was a chance a slim chance that i could be my throw out bearing?

before you go thinking about your t.o.b. did u replace the clutch master cylinder those things can get gunk all through the system?

well before i started the swap i drained all fluids gas,brake fluid,clutch fluid,everything just for that sole fact. as for not t.o.b. being installed i got the gsr tranny off a friend i personally helped pull out the swap in witch ran and moved fine before bull out then i seperated the tranny from the block and picked up the ls slaped them together. so i dont see it being those i think it might just need a better bleed but i want to cover all bases and make sure theres no ghost that i dont know about.
