Default Need help to solve problem(s)

I posted not to long ago about a problem my car was giving me. The problem was that sometimes out of no where my car would sort of hick-up. Now the hick-up wasen't gas related, ignition related or anything like that. To me it seemed to be caused by bad clutch engagement.

My transmission was leaking fluid, which I thought was coming from the axle seal, I still have to look into that, but even that I don't think would cause the car to hick-up or have anything to do with the clutches engagement (keyword I think it wouldn't).

Now not to long ago, before my h22 swap, I took my car to honda to have the manual transmission fluid changed, and the guy there told me the master and slave cylinders were leaking. I checked out my slave at the time and it seemed to be fine, but I didnt look at the master.

Does anyone think that could be the cause of my problem? a faulty master cylinder? If so how would I go about checking if my master cylinder is good or not, I know where the slave is but I don't know where the master is.

Also, sometimes my car at idle almost dies, it goes very close to 0rpm but then jumps back up. Sometimes its with the headlights on, sometimes it does it with them off. Could this be due to my alternator being weak? When I put my high beams on sometimes my idle revs go really low close to stall.

Please help me fix these problems guys, they are bugging the hell out of me.

Thanks.

That will not cause the motor to behave like that.

Check to make sure your idle is set correctly; if so, it sounds like your alternator may be going.

I don't think the car doing weird hick-upish things would be caused by the motor anyways. To me it seems like it only happens with bad clutch engagement, and I dont see why, or how that would cause it but if anyone has any insight that'd be great.

Also my idle with no headlights or anything is around like 700-800rpm which I set by turning the screw on the throttle body, so I'd also assume my alternator is going bad, any suggestions on where to get a new one?

Thanks
