EG6_B18C-R

I swap in a stock JDM B18C-R into my eg6 Si. I'm having trouble bringing my RPM up to 8200 rpm. I try many different ECU and the engine runs smooth and strong but it will just lag once it get's to 7000 rpm and not go any further. I check the check engine light with a Hondata s300 ecu and it just say that the CEL is the vtec pressure sensor but it doesn't matter because the jdm itr doesn't run the vtec pressure sensor and only the vtec solenoid sensor, so i disable it on the Hondata s300 ecu and it still does the same without any CEL. Like I said before, I have try many other different ecu and the engine does the same. The engine is stock and the only thing that has been done to it is a valve lash adjustment. I don't know if I'm suppose to run the vacuum line from the charcoal canister into a little valve solenoid (has a sensor attach to it) then it goes into the back of the intake manifold. Can this be the issue or is vacuum even the issue with my engine lagging at 7000 rpm. Can anyone help out a fellow Honda driver? Your help will be very appreciated, thanks.
