Default which swap is better for my sol?

I got a 1994 honda del sol SOHC Non-vtec! got everything where I want it(body wise), but I need a swap. What is the easy swap for me guys? I am looking at a b20 right now or a b18b. I like it cause it is around my price range for a long block. Am going to add v-tec heads to either of these motors, I just dont know which one am going to get the best results out of. Am going to add the b16 tranny. What I really need to know is if both of these motors will use my "existing" wire harness to make the swap easy for me . thanks for the help
