Default suspension, whats good?

Im planning to upgrade my shocks and spring to coilover kits. i need opinions on which brand or kit is stiff. this is DD car but i need nice shocks cause i usually have a full car. good shocks that don't need to replace for atleast a good 2 years. and also adjustable.
I have an eg if that matters, im trying to get my ride about 3"-4" off the floor just enough to put it up on shop without a hassle...

Having 3-4" off the ground and having a full car sometimes combo will cause drag issues if you don't go stiff. I realize it's your daily but those are the facts. Low cars must be stiff because of the suspension travel. I would recommend a coil-overs for the adjustability. Lot's of good brands.....is there a price range? Suspension can vary a lot......

Good guide

Not soliciting other sites or anything....Hondatech rules... , but it has some good info to help you decide.
