Suspension install from hell
Swapping eibach sportlines and tokiko blues from a 97 to a 93....should have been all good right???
nope.....
Two bolts were frozen, and needed the threads cut off, which was fine on one, but on the other, the pin had corroded w/ the bushing cylinder, and the friggin bolt needed to be drilled out.
the "easy" job took all damn weekend long....
But the owner, made it all worth my while ($$)
hardest job I have ever done....and I do a lot of work on a regular basis.

Re: Suspension install from hell (DragIIcivic)
man-i know what your saying-i replaced my struts a year ago and had to do the same thing, then when i replaced them again two weeks ago, the right rear LCA/strut bolt was siezed in that stupid bushing cylinder again.. Is there anything that can be put on that to keep it from siezing? would a little anti-sieze on the shank of the bolt help? Im always dealing with bolts that have coroded because of the winters around here.
