Default Suspension for h22

I know this has been covered before but I can't find what I want. What springs and struts for h22 hatch. I'm thinking GC/koni yellow but what spring rates to get. If anyone has a different combo they like please let me know. Thanks

good choice in suspension, get the gc with the prelude spring rate, i can't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head

get Tein HA on that thing....i've ridden in a prelude with the HA and the ride/handling was great compared to the stockers....Tein all the way

I'm runing gc 500 up front and 400 in the rear with some crappy tokicos blues and the rides is really smooth.
