Default suspension

i heared that if you combine nuespeed springs with tokico suspesion (base model blue in color) that the you will end up damaging the suspension because the springs are too stiff for the suspension. or In addition, what kind of suspension kits would be very good in quality but for a reasonable price range?

Various parts migh start to rattle but nothing will be damaged unless you really smash a pothole-etc.
Nuespeed and Tokicos is a decent setup, had it on my crx for years. GC and AGX's is even better.
