Surging idle with blox 70 mm throttle body
ok so i have a 94 civic with a 96 ls swap i recentley bought a skunk2 intake mani and a blox 70mm throttle body. now if i tune the screws on the tb i can stop the cel light for the tps but the car will run funny like at 2k ill lose power than gain like very jerky if in neutral i go to 2k the car idle dies to 1k and back up again i dont have any vac leaks i know that i have a brand new iacv and tps so it can be that i calibrated my tps correctly so its not that i need to tune the screws but dont know how i just want my car to run right and have no cel but right know i have to have one or the other it runs great when the code is thrown like a pile of dog shhit when its not on. some body help me.

did you by pass the coolant lines that when into the fast idle valve? is there one on that TB? cause that will cause your idle to serge. and 70mm is a little to big for an LS engine with out cams and such
