Default Super Low-Mileage Del Sol VTEC Value?

I wanted to get some opinions on the value of my Del Sol. I'm thinking of maybe selling and don't really have much to go on. Mostly everything I've seen for sale has well over 100k miles and beat up.

1995 Del Sol VTEC-28k all original miles!
OEM B16a3 motor
100% stock aside from a catback and radio
MINT inside and out with the exception of a few paint chips and scraps.

Thanks in advance for input

It may be worth more without the new driver sticker.

With it being posted up with the plates, it might just go for free.

With that low mileage I'd pay $5,000 ONLY if ALL of the belts/hoses fluids have been changed. If every service was recorded and performed by the DATE.. Most go by mileage, but if you don't hit the mileage it should still be done by the DATE.

What parts have been replaced and are they OEM? Do you have all the service records?

Basically such and old car with such low mileage WITHOUT meticilious maint is just as valuable as a car that has over 200k. Everything will still need to be replaced.

Conclusion: That is a very nice car you have there. It LOOKS to have been taken care of. It's super clean, and OEM condition. Personally I'd keep it as it's probably worth more to you than that it's actually worth. But as I said, I wouldnt expect to get more than $5,000 for it.

the gauge cluster mileage is not a proof of actual mileage. unless you have service records at certain intervals to show that.

for all i know you could have 2 gauge clusters and swap them around to keep the mileage low... happends alot with hondas...

Very nice Del Sol man, looks great. Good luck with the sale, here's to hoping she will go in the right hands.

How easy it really is for people to gain access to the license plate database?
Is this something that happens that frequently?

No, you would have to be a damn good hacker. It is just paranoia!!!

That's my reasoning. Either a social engineering mastermind, or have 'connections'.
And then again... how many people seeing your plate in everyday traffic could pose a threat?
I block out plates too, when I remember. But I don't think it's the end of the world.

With that said... I can respect the 'better being safe than sorry' mentality.
