Default Stud on hub assembly, How to get it out?

I took off my driver side wheel and one of the studs has a small chunk out of it. I was wondering how hard is it to replace one of these? Do you need any special tools? Thanks in advance

I just replaced 2 of mine over the weekend. There's 2 17MM bolts on the back of the caliper that need to come out, then there's 2 screws holding the rotor on. I had to use an Impact Driver to get them out, but once they're out pull the rotor off. Then I had to take off the heat shield around the hub. After that was done, I just hammered out the 2 bad studs through the back, and then hammered the 2 new studs in. Not to bad. Once I finally got the rotor off it was a piece of cake. Took about 40 mins.

You were able to squeeze the studs from the back without removing the hub assembly?
