strut mounts
a few weeks ago i bought the KYB AGXs and had them installed at a local shop. I got the KYB strut mounts to go along with them too. So after they were installed, I took a look under the hood and realized they were crooked (as seen below in the pictures). Now im having a problem where the rubber is actually being ripped because they dont look like they have been installed correctly. Can someone tell me if im wrong about that or are they just faulty mounts? thanks

Re: strut mounts (WhitePony451X)
The first one doesn't look right, why that is I'm not sure.
Seems like a shop could install shocks, it's not hard.
I've never installed Koni's though, so bump for someone with a few more answers.
Good luck to you.

First one doesnt look centered. They probably zapped them on with a impact gun, without centering them correctly. They also do not look like they have the sleeve in the bushings either.

Re: strut mounts (my_slow_civic)
well they are installed correctly for the most part, what they did is ran em tight, im suprised they didnt snap the top of the strut , but it also looks like they didnt install the bushing, just try backing the strut nut off a little, my agx's are now where that tight
