Stripping Weight off an EG Si
I have a new project car to work with, but due to alot of recent financial burden, not alot of money currently to get started like I would like to.
So to keep myself busy, im going to start with budget/free mods.
First on my list is weight. Having the Si model, shes somewhat of a porker. For now im going to strip the interior from the rear seats back, and get rid of any uneccesary electronics back there (speakers and such).
One of the things I want to drop is the rear wiper. I know how to take it off, but is there a kit to plug the holes in the glass? I could rig it up so it wont leak, but I would prefer a factory look/quality over a cheap quick-fix.
Also would it throw any Engine codes if I stripped the cruise control parts out of the engine bay? It doesnt work anyways, and I dont need it.
