Strange clicking noise from under dash
i dont know if its normal or not or maybe ive never payed attention to it but today i was parked outside my house the car was idling and i heard these 2 clicks it sounds like its coming from the glove box passenger footwell area. When it clicks you kind of hear the idle SLIGHTLY change then it goes back to normal. The heat wasnt on just headlights and music. Like I said i dont know if its normal or maybe i never payed attention to the clicks. Any idea what it could be?

Probably normal on the Kawasaki Tornadino Fusion Hybrid Mountain Bike. That's what were talking about isn't it?

That was my first guess but nothing in the car acts unusual. By the way Its a 96 hatch with a gsr swap. My friend told me it could be a main relay, or it could possibly be something with the fuse box(tucked under passenger airbag). Everything seems normal though, car runs as it should

Main relay only click when you first turn the key to ON, then fuel pump will prime. If its clicking all the time or while the engine is running, then its something else.
is this one of those wires tuck thing? Fuse box under the airbag? I dont know bout that. Could be a relay dying or acting up. Best to look under there before it get worse. Or fire may happen.

Its wire tucked but I bought the car like this but it was done by a reputable shop here in NY so i highly doubt it was done the wrong way. It has a custom milspec harness, like I said ive never heard this clicking before its 2 quick clicks then it goes away. One thing is my passenger side window sometimes doesnt work lets say I roll it down itll roll back up then it stops and the switch will no longer work. You dont even hear the regulator motor when you press either switch. After a while the window will work again, but the people who did the labor on the car didnt mess with the windows so im stuck here wondering if that might be it. I also think it might not have to do with the window because it does 2 random faint clicks then it stops doing it for like 10 mins and thats with the car just idling with nothing else going on

Check the connector between the door and frame. Those wires are known to get broken due to age. That may solve your window issue. As far as the clicks goes. I would take the glove box off. Then see if you can replicate it, thats the only way you can chase it down. Have someone start it while you look and listen.

That helps.
Have you checked the FSM to see what relays are on the passenger side?
Also, is this with the heater blower on, or off?
