STR TPS Volatge - Do I set it at the "Helms" Voltage or "STR's Voltage"

STR TPS Volatge - Do I set it at the "Helms" Voltage or "STR's Voltage"
Hey guys, thanks for the responses. I'm getting the voltage readings and now I have another question.
When the TB is closed it should be as close to .5 Volts as possible (Helms). Now on the STR site they are saying it should be between .38 and .44 volts. This is where I'm on the fence. I don't know who's to go with.
Do I go with what the Helms says or STR? I'll give you a link to the STR site.

I'm also gonna PM "STR" since he's the owner and on H-T.
