Stock Tach Pin Question
I just picked up a 97 EK with a b16A2 swap with an EX cluster. The tach wasn't working so I thought I just had to plug in the green connector on the back. But to my surprise there was no green connector, I looked all over for it but it's just not there. So now I'm going to have to wire up the tach myself.
Problem is I know what wires to pull from that are already on the cluster but I have no idea which wire goes to which pin. The green conncetor has five pins but I assume only three are used, one for the blue, one for yellow and the other for black. Does anyone know which pin takes which wire on the stock EX connector.
Yes I have searched on about every forum I could find but couldn't find an answer to which pin is which wire on the back of the cluster. I've changed to an EX cluster before on my 96EK (which was stolen, stripped and totaled) but that had the green connector already there so it was plug and play but for some reason this one does not. Different harness I assume since it has the swap.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Stock Tach Pin Question (BlueIntegraBoy)
Hmmm, when I was going over it last night I noticed they had the blue wire coming off the distributor cut. It's running OBD1 on a GSR computer so I guess I'll need to run a wire from that cut RPM wire into the blue tach wire on the cluster. Correct me if I'm wrong. Sorry, I assumed that the green plug was the tach. Thanks for the help.
