I had a friend who used to have a boosted y7 on 10lbs, it ran perfect for a year with no problems (until he sold it), and it was pretty fast, faster than most N\A B16 swaps.

There is a shop out here in calgary alberta where I live that I was talking to that would to a turbo setup on the D-16 that would run in the 230hp range but the cost is anywhere from the $6000-$7000 range and that includes the motor swap to the D-16

If your aiming for 200+ hp, its gonna take some work, parts and tuning. Its not impossible to reach, but it will involve some of your time and money with parts such as upgraded fuel system, FMU, bigger Cam, some tuning time on the dyno, ect.
