I recently bought a 97 5 speed civic from a buddy of mine. For some reason, he decided he wanted to take out the rear seats. Including the seat belts and reel mechanisms. I successfully reinstalled the seats, but I'm having trouble with the seat belts. They have rolled practically all the way up, leaving a couple inches of belt. When I try to pull more belt out it locks up. Anyway to reset this reel mechanism so it works properly?
