Default Stock EG Cd player

Does anyone have any pics of the OEM CD player, Ive only heard of them, never seen one from a EG 92-95.

SHOW ME A PIC!!!

they never had a oem cd player ,besides the cd changer.

My friend is a honda guy too, he worked at a Toyota dealer at the time, he said this guy had a 95 si with 50 k on it (Also a tech at toyota) my friend said it had a cd player from what i remember, i assumed it was a single, maybe im wrong.....

they might have put a 97+ civic cd player in there.
but 92-95 never had a "regular" cd player in there.

my old roomates 93 si had a oem CD player, it was in the audio console... it works with the stock cassete head unit

That's weird. As far as I knew the CD changer was optional and it hooked up to the regular deck.

Does anyone have the 1994 Accessories brochure? I do remember seeing a CD/Tuner unit in there, I don't remember if the brochure was for the entire line of 1994 Honda models or just for the Civic model itself.

i have a picture of it in my 1993 honda civic brochure. it is in the audio console in front of the shifter and has a pocket below it. you can still buy this item in the aftermarket. if you buy the factory audio console, it shows in the instructions how to install it. why would you want that? it doesn't play CD-R and RW very well. unless you want both tape and CD, you should go with a 97-01 integra cd/am/fm and mount the whole thing with the pocket in the audio console and use the pocket that comes with the audio console where the stock radio is so you can have storage...or do what i did, put gauges in the stock radio location.
