If you go ANY HIGHER than 9PSI, I strongly suggest upgrading to ARP headstuds.
Z6 tend to have head lift at around the 11-12PSI mark, but it is hit'n'miss.
Some will lift at 10PSI, others will go up to 18PSI.
Me personally, I have been running 10PSI on a stock Z6 w/OEM headstuds no problem.
Also, the OEM Honda MAP sensor is good to 11PSI, so if you wanna go higher, you're going to need an aftermarket pressure/MAP sensor.
Hope this helps.

umm yeah, i just ran my d16 turbo del sol, with a Stage 2 crower cam, ARP headStuds, .030" over Cometic Headgasket and stock block and a little over 20,xxx mi on it, at around 10-12lbs of boost, and put roughly 4 holes through my block and had piston/connecting rod/block parts all over the road, i would be careful. I blew out my block at around 4-5k rpm's going roughly 70
